Il Casale di "Valle Numa"

Casale di Valle Numa is a characteristic rural farmhouse typical of Sabina completely and carefully restored in the respect of local tradition, situated in a farm (mainly olive oil trees) in the heart of Sabina. The original construction was a stable in stone with the annexed barn on the upper floor. The house is located at the Regional Park of Monti Lucretili threshold. Close to the House pathways to inside the Park.

At Casale di Valle Nuna you will find peace and tranquillity, a romantic/ enchanting atmosphere and uncontaminated, wild and natural landscapes for the peace of mind; you will leave behind you the stress of city life because you will conduct an archaic and rustic kind of life during your vacation, that can be unusual, but satisfies and strengthen the spirit.

It is an independent house on two levels situated at an Altitude of 600 m / 1710 ft. Aspect South-West. can accommodate comfortably 6 persons and is composed of 5 rooms , of which 3 Bedrooms, Open-plan kitchen, Living room with fireplace, Dining room, 2 shower rooms, 2 arcades and large outside space. House surface area : 150 m2 / 1614 sqft, Garden : 5 hectares / 12 acres. Date of last renovation : 2004.

You can arrive in Sabina from Rome: By car take A1 highway Florence direction , exit at Fiano Romano for Rieti, then proceed through Salaria freeway SS4 towards Rieti until Km 52,400 exit for Poggio Moiano; By bus, there are Cotral line bus services Rome/Rieti (www.cotralspa.it) G0001, whose terminal is at the Rome Tiburtina FS MetroB rail station, stop at Osteria Nuova-Salaria. From Rieti : By car take SS4 Salaria freeway towards Rome exit “Poggio Moiano”, by bus, there are Cotral line bus services (www.cotralspa.it) towards Roma, stop “Osteria Nuova-Salaria”.

Since this is a self-catering house we recommend that you bring some food for your first day/night or ask assistance to the Owner in advance. There are local shops and supermarkets nearby (in 2,5 Kms).

Rent price:

It varies depending on the season, on the number of persons and on the length of stay (ask to the owner); the house is available also for 4 people only:

Mid week rate: from 300 a 550€ for the whole house

Weekly rate: from 500 to 1000€ the whole house

Breakfast 10€ a day

Holiday rental : from Saturday to Saturday (for different arrival needs ask to the owner).
Short stays allowed from a minimum of 3 days .
Supplement for heating depending on the season, Security deposit requested, Down payment requested, Supplement for cleaning upon departure (35€).
